Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input & Verification:
  • Accurately input data into our systems from various sources, ensuring completeness and precision.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections or adjustments as needed.
• Data Maintenance & Quality Control:
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Assist with data cleanup and organization, ensuring consistency and standardization across the board.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow and efficient processes.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data entry efficiency and effectiveness.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism:
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or administration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficient in using computer applications and software, particularly Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and information exchange.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred but not required.
