Pre Post Sales Engineer - Audio | Video | Control | Networking | Lighting

We seek a highly motivated and technically proficient pre/post sales engineer to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will play a critical part in the sales cycle, providing expert technical support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cutting-edge AV solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of audio, video, control, networking, and lighting systems to design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert, providing pre-sales design, consultation, and post-sales support for our portfolio of AV solutions, including audio, video, control, networking, and lighting systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and competitive landscape.
• Design and present technical solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sales support and ongoing technical guidance.
• Conduct site visits and attend events as required.
• Create professional technical proposals and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and other team members.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of emerging AV technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor of science degree in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Current CTS and EASE certifications are required.
• Proven experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support within the AV industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF, and projection mapping software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
