Responsibilities
- Own technical aspects of direct customer engagements as a member of the Mission Success team
- Participate in go-to-market efforts including customer calls, technical presentations, and product demos
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products to serve as a trusted SME
- Track customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with demand
- Support business development by developing technical documentation and marketing content
Requirements
- Senior‑level experience in software engineering, sales engineering, or technical product management
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands‑on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies
- Strong client‑facing experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
- Prior experience in a federal/government‑facing solutions architect role
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, and relational databases
- Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications (e.g., Security+)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
