Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in apartments and common areas
- Troubleshoot electrical faults such as short circuits, tripping, and power failures
- Install and maintain lighting, switches, sockets, distribution boards, and breakers
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks
- Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly
- Prepare detailed reports of work completed
