We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Marketing cum Secretary to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage digital marketing tasks while also handling secretarial duties. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Secretarial Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or secretarial roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
