DUTIES
- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition and mechanisms across levels is a prerequisite
- Build, lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers to achieve recruitment goals.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee (not executive) the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and forecast talent requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant university degree or college diploma
- 15+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is mandatory
- Strong leadership experience
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
