Human Interest in Dubai seeks a senior in-house lawyer to own the commercial contracting process end to end, structuring, drafting, and negotiating customer, partnership, vendor, SaaS, and NDA contracts.
You will lead the most complex negotiations, translate legal risk into actionable guidance, and drive CLM implementation while integrating AI tools to improve efficiency and support new product launches.
