Senior Plastic Surgeon - Reconstructive & Cosmetic Expert

- Purpose:
- To diagnose medical illnesses and provide treatment, prioritizing the overall health of patients, encompassing physical, psychological, and social dimensions of care.
- This includes delivering comprehensive reconstructive, cosmetic, and corrective medical treatments in line with current best evidence-based practices, utilizing sound judgment and adhering to the Al-Futtaim Health Medical Staff bylaws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements
Educational Background:
- MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a specialty qualification recognized by the Dubai Health Authority, Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, or the UAE Ministry of Health.
Experience and Skills: - Demonstrated experience and competence in all aspects of Plastic Surgery.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, medical staff, and clinical teams.
- Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
Language Proficiency: - Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Technical Skills: - Excellent computer literacy.
Research Contributions: - Publications in peer-reviewed journals are highly regarded.
- Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of specialist-level experience in reconstructive, cosmetic, and corrective medical treatments, acquired after obtaining higher qualifications.
