Job Description
Provide buying support in processing purchase orders.
Responsibilities
- Preparing item & purchase orders for the Performa invoices received from the team leader / buying team.
- Compiling, ensuring accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry in system.
- Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Coordinating with the buying /planning /supply chain / finance team regarding the issues if any / corrections if any related to Purchase orders & updating the same in the system.
- Communicating with the suppliers for purchase order related issues if any.
- Filing documents of purchase orders.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in a Retail format.
