Auro Premium Coffee is looking for an experienced Coffee Machine Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee machines and grinders across UAE client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technical faults .
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing.
- Attend customer service calls and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Identify defective components and replace parts when required.
- Train customer staff on correct machine operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and parts usage/inventory.
- Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent the company positively at client sites.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Coffee Machine Technician or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders .
- Experience with automatic, semi-automatic, and group-head machines .
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel to different UAE client locations.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
