Aquaventure Lifeguard [Atlantis Dubai]

Atlantis The Palm is urgently hiring physically fit and highly observant Lifeguards to ensure total guest safety across the Aquaventure Waterpark and resort pool facilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor crowded wave pools and high-speed water slides to instantly identify and rescue struggling swimmers.
- Enforce strict ride height restrictions and water safety rules to prevent tourist injuries.
- Perform daily checks on rescue equipment, first aid kits, and communication radios before every shift.
- Provide immediate basic life support and CPR during medical emergencies while coordinating with the resort's medical clinic.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fitness: Must pass a highly demanding physical swimming test and deep-water retrieval drill.
- Endurance: Ability to remain completely focused while standing outdoors in extreme summer heat.
- Certifications: Previous Ellis & Associates or Red Cross lifeguard certification is highly preferred.
