Dubai – 3 to 5 years of experience as per industry standards.
Delhi – 3 to 4 years of experience as per industry standards.
Dubai – 5 to 10 years of experience as per industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily evaluations in the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic.
- Conduct general or special examinations and other procedures covering the full scope of pediatrics.
- Order laboratory exams and X‑rays; determine diagnosis; prescribe nursing and dietary care; order or apply preventive measures as needed.
- Serve as pediatric consultant to Surgery and OB/Gyn for in‑ and out‑patients as required.
- Serve as a specialist in pediatrics, providing consultative services to other Medical Services and offering technical assistance with pediatric patients.
- Review journals, texts, and periodicals to stay current on latest techniques, procedures, drugs, and therapies.
- Participate in scheduled in‑service training programs and regular physician conferences.
- Provide on‑call emergency coverage for pediatric emergencies.
- Perform other miscellaneous related duties as requested.
- Provide consultation to OPD patients and clinical care to IPD and NICU patients of the Institute.
- Attend all normal deliveries and caesarean sections; conduct presentations at seminars and CMEs.
- Promote evidence‑based practice and a culture of outcome measurement to continuously improve quality of care.
- Keep abreast of new clinical developments and practices in evidence‑based medicine.
- Identify quality improvement opportunities in clinical practice.
- Contribute to the development of excellence in clinical practice through research, audit, and training.
- Diagnose and treat a wide array of childhood illnesses and injuries, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Administer vaccinations and preventative care; stay updated on the latest immunization schedules and guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive care for newborns, including premature infants, offering specialized support for healthy development.
- Consult with parents and guardians to educate them about child health, nutrition, and safety, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
