As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions for our organization. Responsibilities

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and application reliability.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring consistent quality and functionality.
- Develop and execute automation scripts using Python to streamline processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software solutions on time.
- Create technical documentation to support the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance and accessibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in software development using Python in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Python frameworks like Django and Flask is essential.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is required.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of databases like SQL and NoSQL is necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a highly analytical approach to programming.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a team-oriented setting.
