Job Description

Create the Mama Vibe : Build a welcoming environment where both guests and the Gang feel at home by fostering a positive, supportive, and team-oriented culture. ❤️

Lead Like a Rockstar : Inspire, coach, train, and develop the Housekeeping Gang, helping everyone grow while delivering consistently exceptional service.

Own the Standards : Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping procedures that keep every room and every corner of Mama sparkling and on brand. ✨️

Run the House: Oversee the daily housekeeping operation from scheduling and staffing to room inspections and inventory management, keeping everything running like clockwork. ⏰

Partner for Perfection: Work closely with the Engineering Gang to quickly resolve maintenance issues and keep the hotel looking its absolute best.

Laundry Like a Boss: Ensure linens and uniforms are always fresh, spotless, and ready to impress through efficient laundry operations.

Keep It Stocked: Stay on top of supplies, equipment, and departmental expenses while managing the budget wisely.

Safety Comes First: Champion health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring every process meets local regulations and Mama's expectations.

Walk the Walk: Regularly inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, making sure every space is clean, safe, and guest-ready. ✨

One Team, One Mama: Collaborate with every department to create smooth operations and unforgettable guest experiences, handling requests with care and speed.

Qualifications

You've been there, done that : You bring at least 5 years of Housekeeping Management experience in hospitality and know what it takes to lead a successful operation. ✨

Leadership is your superpower: You know how to motivate, coach, and inspire your Gang to bring out the very best in every shift. ❤️

Details never escape you: From spotless rooms to perfectly presented public areas, you have an eye for excellence. ✨
