Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design and deliver hiring strategies to attract world-class talent
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles, ensuring a seamless and values-aligned candidate experience
- Source and build pipelines of diverse candidates using creative outreach strategies
- Evaluate and enhance technical recruiting operations, including interview structures and evaluation tools
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership by connecting recruiting insights to business outcomes
- Mentor team members to raise the bar for hiring across the organization
- Collaborate with HR to build employer brand and scalable hiring programs
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record of high-impact hires in fast-paced or high-growth companies
- Deep familiarity with hiring software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers
- Insight into ML, AI, and LLM-related technical trends and talent landscapes
- Strong relationship management and influence skills
- Operational rigor and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
