ความรับผิดชอบ:
โปรโมตผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ Forex และ CFD ของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
เปลี่ยนลูกค้าเป้าหมายที่มีคุณภาพสูงให้เป็นลูกค้าซื้อขายจริงโดยใช้เทคนิคการขายแบบให้คำปรึกษา
สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเป้าหมายและลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
เพิ่มอัตราการเปลี่ยนลูกค้าเป้าหมายให้เป็นลูกค้าจริงและระบุโอกาสในการขายในอนาคต
มอบการบริการลูกค้าในระดับสูงตลอดเส้นทางของลูกค้า
ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับตลาดการเงิน ผลิตภัณฑ์การซื้อขาย และความเคลื่อนไหวในอุตสาหกรรม
บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและ KPI ส่วนบุคคล พร้อมทั้งปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ:
ภาษาไทย: ภาษาแม่ หรือคล่องแคล่ว ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
ประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม Forex และ CFD เป็นสิ่งจำเป็น
ประสบการณ์ด้านการขายเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายหรือรักษาฐานลูกค้าในตลาด Forex/CFD
ทักษะการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง และการจัดการข้อโต้แย้งที่แข็งแกร่ง
ความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และการใช้งานโปรแกรมสำนักงานมาตรฐาน
ความสามารถในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เน้นเป้าหมายและรวดเร็ว
ทักษะด้านตัวเลข การวิเคราะห์ และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
ทักษะการสื่อสารและการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
ประสบการณ์การทำงานกับระบบ CRM และแพลตฟอร์มการซื้อขาย
ความรู้เกี่ยวกับตลาดการเงินโลกและผลิตภัณฑ์การซื้อขายออนไลน์
