The role
qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Account Associate, you'll help drive our growth in Partner Success building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
Portfolio Support
• Work directly with assigned KAM(s) to support day-to-day management of their portfolio
• Act as an additional point of contact for partners on operational matters, under the KAM's guidance
• Help identify and flag risks (usage drop, churn signals, service issues) for the KAM to action
• Conduct training and refresher sessions with restaurant staff to strengthen usage of Qlub's solutions
• Run staff engagement activities to keep partner teams motivated and aligned on Qlub usage
• Troubleshoot on-the-ground issues and coordinate with Tech/Support when needed Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Review portfolio performance metrics (GMV, adoption rates, transaction trends) on a regular cadence
• Prepare and maintain monthly performance reports for the KAM's portfolio
• Surface trends and insights to the KAM to support account strategy and prioritization Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Tech teams to resolve partner issues quickly
• Share feedback from staff/partner interactions to help improve processes and materials
• Support the KAM in preparing for partner meetings/QBRs with performance data and talking points
What you’ll own
• Drive staff training and engagement across your accounts, ensuring consistent, confident usage of Qlub's solutions at the venue level
• Deliver monthly performance reporting for your portfolio, turning raw metrics into clear insights and talking points for the KAM
• Resolve on-the-ground partner issues quickly, coordinating with Tech, Support, and Onboarding so nothing falls through the cracks

What you’ll need
• A valid driving license and access to a car are required
• 0-2 years of experience in account support, onboarding, training, or F&B/tech operations
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging restaurant staff and, occasionally, decision-makers
• Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with performance data and building reports
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple portfolios/tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Fluency in English is a must
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
Nice to have
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology environments is a strong plus
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus
