Candidate Profile & Requirements
Applicants should ideally possess:
- Proven experience in UAE banking sales.
- Direct experience handling Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a results-driven mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
For Team Leaders : Previous leadership experience and a proven track record of leading successful sales teams within the UAE banking sector is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Sales Executive Positions
- Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure.
- Visa: Employment Visa provided.
- Health: Medical Insurance provided.
- Leave: Annual leave and other benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Team Leader Positions
Compensation Package: An attractive package will be offered based on prior experience, leadership capability, and overall suitability for the role.
