About the Company
ALTAQADUM ALMUSTAMER IT CONSULTANCY is a technology, business automation, and digital transformation partner providing business systems, CRM and automation, website and application development, digital solutions, business consulting, marketing, and technical support.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and versatile team member to work directly with the company’s founder and support the company’s daily operations, business development, and client acquisition.
Job Summary
This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role combining business operations, sales coordination, lead generation, CRM management, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will help organize company activities, coordinate with internal team members and freelancers, identify potential clients, follow up on business opportunities, and support the conversion of leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Coordination
Organize daily priorities, tasks, meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with designers, developers, freelancers, and other team members.
Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
Prepare simple progress reports and maintain organized business records.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and help ensure timely completion.
2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
Build prospect lists and contact businesses through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and telephone.
Follow up with potential clients and arrange consultation meetings.
Assist with proposals, quotations, and client communications.
Support the sales process from initial contact through follow-up and conversion.
3. CRM & Lead Management
Maintain and update Zoho CRM records.
Monitor incoming website enquiries and assessment form submissions.
Organize leads by status and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of communications, meetings, and next actions.
4. Marketing & Digital Coordination
Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and marketing content.
Work with designers and developers to complete marketing deliverables.
Assist with campaign preparation and lead-generation activities.
Track enquiries and prepare basic performance summaries.
5. Founder & Administrative Support
Work directly with the founder to organize priorities and execute business plans.
Prepare meeting notes, schedules, and follow-up lists.
Identify operational issues and suggest practical improvements.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.
Requirements
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Basic experience in sales, business development, customer service, operations, or administration.
Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, online research, and digital tools.
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM is an advantage.
Comfortable communicating with clients and conducting business outreach.
Able to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and work independently.
Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Dubai.
