Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair bottling lines, machinery, motors, panels, sensors, drives, pumps, conveyors, and utilities .

• Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and OEE with minimum downtime.

• Maintain critical spares, tools, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Support PLC, automation, VFD, and control systems and equipment improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, HSE, and other departments for smooth plant operations.

• Train operators on basic machine operation, equipment care, and safe working practices.

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE, quality, and company standards .

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in FMCG, beverage, or manufacturing.

• Must have strong practical knowledge of Sidel, Krones, and Valuepack bottling machines/lines.

• Experience in bottled water/beverage production and high-speed bottling lines is mandatory.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, control panels, pneumatics, and automation .

• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, OEE, and equipment reliability .

• Proactive, safety-conscious team player with strong problem-solving skills .
