Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are looking for a Corporate Commercial lawyer to support one of our key TMT clients. This will be for an initial term of 6 months with a hybrid working arrangement.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer.
• You will ideally be based in Dubai.
• You will have experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
