We are launching ventures with the Middle East's biggest creators, one every 1 to 2 months. We need the person who comes up with the idea, films it, edits it and gets it live.

WHO ARE WE?

For 4+ years, 8FLAMEZ has built the commercial engine behind the Middle East's most influential creators, with a roster that reaches 1B+ combined. Today we are the region's only creator-led venture group. We are due to launch 4 to 5 ventures this year across SaaS, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and a healthy beverage brand, with a new venture launching publicly every 1 to 2 months.

Three founders, one mandate: AboFlah , the region's biggest creator with 70M+ followers and two Guinness World Records; Saad Sarwar , a 2x exited founder; and Eyad Siyam , who leads content and creators.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create distinctive content for every venture, from software to packaged goods to beverages: recurring series, product demos, creator stories, behind the scenes.

• Plan and film creators, founders, products and customers. Know when a camera wins and when a phone does.

• Edit short form for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Snapchat, with sharp hooks, pacing, sound and subtitles.

• Turn every shoot into a content bank: alternate openings, cutdowns, stills and paid ad versions.

• Write captions and publish directly to venture accounts, with approvals, links and tagging right the first time.

• Own the content calendar and asset library, with launch content ready before every launch date.

• Study what people watch, share, click and buy, and use it to decide what we make next.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

You're borderline obsessive about why one video gets watched and another gets skipped.

• You have a portfolio of content you personally filmed and edited. It has to be your own work, not accounts you worked near.

• You're confident in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, and you use AI daily for scripting, hooks, subtitles, versioning or edit speed.

• You understand Gulf and wider MENA internet culture. Fluent English is required and Arabic is a strong advantage.

• You can show how your content moved an account, a launch or sales.

• You can switch between very different products and audiences without losing quality. Consumer brand, app or e-commerce experience is a plus.
