: Survey & Project Support Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Survey & Project Support Officer to provide surveying and project coordination support throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will assist with site surveys, data collection, project documentation, progress monitoring, and coordination with engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Support

• Conduct field surveys, site measurements, and data collection in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist in establishing survey control points and verifying site coordinates and elevations.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and field documentation.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and levels.
• Verify survey data accuracy and maintain survey records and databases.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to support site layout and setting-out activities.

Project Support

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and schedules.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Maintain project records, drawings, permits, and document control systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to support project delivery.
• Monitor project milestones and report progress, risks, and issues to project management.
• Support procurement, logistics, and material tracking activities as required.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and coordination workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in surveying, construction, or project support.
• Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Total Station, GPS/GNSS).
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, construction practices, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Valid driver's license (preferred, if field travel is required).
