What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Scandinavian languages, Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese are highly advantageous.
• Experience: At least 6 months in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan or secondary).
• Location: Preference for candidates already residing in Dubai. If you’re not yet a resident, you must have enough savings to support yourself for 3-6 months until commissions start rolling in.
• Driver’s License and Car: A valid UAE driver’s license and your own car are required.
• Professionalism: We value dedication, punctuality, and preparation. Candidates who do not show up on time or fail to attend scheduled meetings will not be considered.
• Driven and Client-Focused: We are looking for agents who have that fire in them – those who are hungry to succeed, who will do whatever it takes, and have the drive to stand out. A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with a dedication to client success and satisfaction is a must.
