THE TEAM

The Housekeeping team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through immaculate accommodation, attention to detail, and genuine care. Every team member plays a vital role in ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Room Attendant Supervisor and work alongside a passionate team committed to maintaining exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service standards throughout the hotel.

YOUR ROLE

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring assigned guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of quality and luxury.

You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining immaculate accommodations, responding to guest needs with care and professionalism, and ensuring the privacy, comfort, and security of every guest.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with Rosewood, LQA, and brand standards
• Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail throughout assigned areas
• Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies to ensure room readiness and guest comfort
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support service recovery when required
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost-and-found items in a timely manner
• Ensure the safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and guest room keys

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role within a hospitality environment
• You take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and creating comfortable guest experiences
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards consistently
• You are familiar with cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices
• You are dependable, proactive, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• You communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage
