Product Analytics Lead

Responsibilities
- Define, track, and report north-star and funnel metrics for brands and creators
- Partner with PMs to define event tracking specs during feature planning
- Work with data and engineering teams on infrastructure modernization
- Validate data quality and act as a partner on schema and taxonomy decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards for PMs, leadership, and investors
- Tie product and campaign changes to revenue, retention, and unit economics
- Design A/B tests, size samples, and maintain experiment logs
- Support data literacy across the PM team
Requirements
- 5+ years in product analytics or data analysis
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or performance-marketing
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (specifically pandas)
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and event tracking pipelines
- Experience with modern BI or dashboarding tools
- AI-native workflow using LLMs and agents for queries and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in influencer, affiliate, or performance-marketing analytics
- GCC or MENA market experience
- Experience configuring agentic analytics workflows
