Medical Receptionist

A medical center in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join its team immediately. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in medical reception, strong customer service skills, and the ability to support patient interactions in a professional healthcare environment.

Candidates with experience in aesthetics or dermatology clinics and strong sales abilities will be preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment while managing front desk operations and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients with a professional and friendly approach.

• Manage front desk operations, appointments, and patient enquiries.

• Handle customer communication and provide excellent service.

• Support sales activities and promote clinic services when required.

• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist.

• Strong sales experience is required.

• Previous experience in Aesthetics or Derma clinics.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.

• Willingness to work 5 days per week.
