Role Summary:

Raytheon Technologies is looking for a summer intern to join our Coyote Project team at the Abu Dhabi office. The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership. This position will provide production operations assistance in the running of the Coyote project.

Your Responsibilities:

The role is created for students with an interest in Production Operations studies students with an interest in aimed at gaining experience in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment for a short period of time. Each student will be expected to use their own initiative and undertake selfdirected learning within a supportive environment to work with the team to develop goals and objectives to further common areas of interest. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assist in planning coordinating and executing production projects.

• Support the development of project timelines milestones and deliverables.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure projects are on track.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless communication and project .

• Analyze data and generate reports on production performance and project progress.

• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to production managers.

• Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on production strategies.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation and presentations for various stakeholders.

• Learn about industry best practices and apply them in daytoday tasks.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Production Operations or a related field.
• Student GPA should be 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.
• An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.

• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.
