Coding Specialist - AI Trainer

Responsibilities
- Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Italian
- Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and naturalness of Italian language usage
- Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to harden model reasoning
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian
- Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend development, or systems programming
- Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly ("showing your work")
- Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or PhD in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Real-world coding experience
- Technical writing experience in Italian
- Open-source contributions
