EAP Clinical Case Manager: Counseling & Case Leadership

Jobtailor in Dubai is seeking a psychologist for our EAP referral network to support affiliates and employees. The role emphasizes short-term counseling, risk assessment, and clinical documentation within a professional framework.
You will train new affiliates, manage cases, and ensure compliance with Clinical Lead standards while promoting culturally responsive care and DEIB principles. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
