Description:

Chedi Wadi Safar is seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary and dining operations at its prestigious luxury destination in Diriyah, Riyadh. This senior leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who can combine strategic vision with operational excellence to create world-class dining experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee the launch and management of multiple dining venues, drive financial performance, and inspire high-performing teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role also offers the opportunity to showcase Saudi culinary heritage by promoting local sourcing, innovation, and talent development within an internationally recognized luxury hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful launch of six restaurants and an events space, including two signature dining venues.

• Develop and inspire the Food & Beverage team while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

• Oversee financial performance across all dining outlets, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

• Establish and maintain exceptional standards for service quality, food quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

• Promote Saudi culinary heritage through local sourcing initiatives and talent development.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic Food & Beverage initiatives.

• Ensure operational excellence while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements:

• Senior leadership experience within five-star luxury hospitality.

• Proven experience with full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability and improving business profitability.

• Pre-opening or new-concept launch experience is highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of luxury guest service, culinary innovation, and hospitality operations.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Arabic language skills and GCC hospitality experience are desirable but not mandatory.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Luxury Food & Beverage operations and guest experience management.

• Financial management, P&L accountability, budgeting, and revenue optimization.

• Culinary innovation, food safety standards, team leadership, and luxury hospitality service.
