Procurement Assistant إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

AECOM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in procurement and administration to contribute to our projects in the region. 
Procurement Coordination: 
Assist in the procurement process including the preparation and issuance of purchase orders. 
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. 
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions. 
Vendor Management: 
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors negotiating terms and conditions. 
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 
Documentation and Reporting: 
Prepare and maintain procurement documentation contracts and related files. 
Generate reports on procurement activities for management review. 
Compliance: 
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations. 
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement. 
Communication: 
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as project managers and finance teams to understand 
procurement requirements. 
Communicate effectively with suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues. 

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements 
Diploma in Business Administration Office or Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred. 
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferably in a professional services or engineering 
environment. 
Proven experience in procurement or a related administrative role. 
Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. 
Knowledge of procurement software/tools is a plus. 
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
