Program Director Information Technology (Epic Bridges)

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and technical oversight of an assigned IT segment
- Create and roll out policies and procedures for the IT segment
- Manage vendor relations including contract negotiations and invoice reconciliation
- Perform personnel reviews and evaluations for training and promotion
- Develop and administer IT budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs and productivity standards
- Monitor compliance with Information Systems procedures and policies
- Work with management to implement IT strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Epic Bridges Certification is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in IT project planning and problem management
