About Medico Workforce
Medico Workforce is a recruitment management software platform designed to help recruitment agencies and businesses manage their hiring activities more efficiently. Our platform helps teams organize job openings, track candidates, manage interviews, and streamline recruitment workflows.
We are looking for a motivated Business Growth Executive to introduce Medico Workforce to businesses across the UAE and help us expand our customer base.
About the Role
As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building business relationships, presenting our recruitment software, and generating sales opportunities in the UAE market.
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding business needs, and helping companies find practical software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and businesses across the UAE that may benefit from recruitment management software.
- Identify decision-makers, including company owners, HR managers, recruitment managers, and talent acquisition professionals.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and other appropriate channels.
- Introduce Medico Workforce and explain how its features can support recruitment teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant product features.
- Arrange online product demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional business relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, meetings, and sales opportunities.
- Work towards agreed business development and sales targets.
- Share market feedback and customer requirements with the team.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, and software products.
- Ability to research companies and identify potential customers.
- Confidence in communicating with business owners and HR professionals.
- Good follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn about recruitment technology and SaaS sales.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, recruitment services, or software sales is an advantage. Freshers with the right communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
