About MeInspect
MeInspect is a UAE property-condition-reporting platform used by landlords, tenants, and property managers to document handovers with GPS-tagged photos and digital sign-off. We're building a network of trained, independent inspectors to carry out on-site walkthroughs on our behalf.
The Role
As a MeInspector, you'll travel to a property, walk through it room by room using the MeInspect app, photograph and rate the condition of each item, and collect signatures from tenant, landlord, and agent — turning a handover into a clean, dated, dispute-proof report.
What You'll Do
Attend scheduled property inspections across your coverage area
Photograph every room using the MeInspect app (GPS-tagging is automatic)
Rate condition of fixtures, fittings, and appliances against a structured checklist
Record keys, access cards, and utility meter readings where required
Collect digital signatures from all parties on-site
Submit the completed inspection through the app same-day
What You Need
Own smartphone (Android or iOS) with a working camera and data connection
Own transport within your coverage Emirate
Valid Emirates ID / UAE residency (or freelance permit, where applicable)
Comfortable communicating with landlords, tenants, and agents professionally
Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual — this work is trust-based
Prior experience in property, facilities, real estate, or inspections is a plus but not required — training provided
