About the Role
As Site Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, contractors, and suppliers.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will assist in managing logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring everything is in place for efficient and safe delivery on-site.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinates site logistics, schedules, and daily activities
- Support contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on-site
- Track progress and provide regular updates to project teams
- Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are ready and available
- Maintain health and safety standards across site operations
- Assist in resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively
- Support overall site organization and communication
About You
- Experience in site coordination, events, or operational environments
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, confident working across teams
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, live environments
What You Need to Apply
- Relevant experience in events, site coordination, or operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of site processes and logistics
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Based in the UAE or open to relocation
