Role Overview

We're looking for a Collateral & Stock Audit Analyst who is responsible for overseeing the allocation, monitoring, and documentation of collateral stock within Salesforce. The role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains data integrity between client and warehouse records, and supports compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The analyst will conduct routine stock audits, investigate discrepancies, coordinate license and certification renewals, and provide accurate reporting to support operational transparency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Collateral Allocation & Inventory Management

• Monitor, track, and maintain accurate collateral stock allocations within Salesforce.

• Ensure inventory records are aligned between client systems and warehouse operations.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.

Stock Verification & Audit

• Conduct routine stock audits, physical inventory verification, and system reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Perform spot checks on newly allocated collateral stock and record findings in Salesforce.

• Monitor stock data regularly, identifying discrepancies in lot numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and weights.

Variance & Discrepancy Management

• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes of stock discrepancies.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant stakeholders and support corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of warehouse licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation within Salesforce.

• Track renewal dates and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all licenses and certifications remain valid.

• Update and maintain Due Diligence (DD) reports for all warehouse locations.

• Complete warehouse questionnaires and prepare compliance documentation for management review.

Reporting

• Prepare regular inventory, audit, and compliance reports for management.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and highlight potential risks, trends, or areas requiring corrective action.
