Service Delivery Manager

- Manage Technical escalation for IT resources supplied to customers
- Managingcustomer relationship and acting as single point of contact for leaves,vacation replacements and complaints for IT outsourced employees onsiteat client location
- Service Reviews for Managed Services customers act as services delivery manager .
- Maintaining technical skill matrix of IT outsourced employees and advising project movements for them
- Technical Screening of IT resources, Hiring & Tracking on-boarding for new positions
- Implementing ITIL processes for customers, helping with monthly ticketing and SLA governance etc for Managed Services customers
- Acting as Service Delivery for large customers
- Employee retention management experience
- Good communication is must.
