Functional Testing Manager

Responsibilities
- Own and enforce functional testing standards across products and releases
- Plan, execute, and manage functional testing for releases
- Develop and maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Partner with Client Services to support client-facing testing activities and UAT
- Define and review requirements by analyzing user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate requirements into acceptance criteria
- Lead test automation initiatives by implementing UI/API test suites
- Drive defect resolution, triage, and prioritization using Jira
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Demonstrated domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Strong focus in Revenue Growth Management and Optimization (RGM / RGO)
- Experience with trade promotion, price planning, and analysis
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software product QA
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with Playwright or Selenium
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Experience testing data‑heavy or AI‑driven applications
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with Snowflake Intelligence Solution
