Solution Architect

Responsibilities
- Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to product and program managers for complex solutions
- Create innovative designs accounting for end-to-end technical solutions in line with enterprise technology goals
- Work with stakeholders to meet business requirements including data privacy, security, and integration
- Assess vendor products and assist in implementing delivery models
- Set architectural direction, build consensus, and mediate conflicts across multiple projects
- Lead Agile sprints in a product owner capacity and mentor technical staff
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of overall IT industry experience
- Expert understanding of solution architecture and cloud computing technologies
- Extensive working knowledge of Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS services
- Subject matter expertise in Azure Microservices, Functions, Logic, and Webapps
- Experience building analytics platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and PaaS SQL
- Experience with generative AI, specifically text-based models and RAG search (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel)
- Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience architecting Adobe PDF solutions
- Exposure to Azure Cognitive Search tools
- Experience with mission-critical technology components and DR capabilities
- Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design
