Role Overview

The Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of MultiBank Group's trading platform infrastructure, including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and related trading technologies. The role ensures platform stability, performance, security, and availability while supporting business operations through technical expertise, infrastructure optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain MT4 and MT5 trading platforms and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and resource utilization to ensure optimal system stability and availability.
• Ensure uninterrupted client access to MT4/MT5 services and resolve platform-related issues promptly.
• Maintain the security and integrity of trading servers and MetaTrader platform components.
• Analyze platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement or coordinate infrastructure changes, including MT Groups, trading accounts, XC pools, and profiles.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing platform procedures and applications under the guidance of the Platform Head.
• Integrate, test, deploy, and support MetaQuotes native tools, third-party solutions, and internally developed software and plugins.
• Manage user access and permissions across all trading platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain failover strategies, disaster recovery procedures, and automated backup solutions for trading platforms and FIX engines.
• Generate operational and performance reports to support the Platform Team Lead, Manager, and Head in decision-making.
• Provide technical assistance to internal departments and ensure platform-related support requests and tickets are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Monitor trading activity and conduct trade surveillance to identify and prevent market abuse and brokerage abuse.
• Collaborate closely with IT Operations Center (ITOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and other internal technology teams.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience administering MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of MT4 and MT5 architecture, components, and server configurations.
• Good understanding of XC/OZ platform architecture and related components.
• Experience managing MT4 environments, including Data Center (DC), Main, and Failover configurations.
• Experience managing MT5 environments, including Access Servers, Backup Servers, History Servers, Main Servers, and Trade Servers.
• Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
• Proficiency with Windows Command Prompt (CMD) and PowerShell.
• Experience using infrastructure monitoring tools such as Corner Bowl and Zabbix.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly available financial services environment.

Preferred Profile

• Experience within the financial services, online trading, or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with FIX connectivity and trading infrastructure.
• Understanding of information security principles and best practices for trading platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality.
