Online Sales Coordinator

Details: The role involves managing product listings, coordinating promotions, monitoring inventory, tracking sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across e-commerce channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales support, or account coordination
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience working with online retailers, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Functions
- Coordinate daily sales activities across online retail and marketplace accounts
- Manage product listings, content updates, and new SKU launches
- Execute pricing updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock availability
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports with actionable insights
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Ensure accurate data, timely issue resolution, and compliance with company processes
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and operational efficiency
