Salon Guest Concierge & Scheduling Specialist

Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage salon appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer messages promptly.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, card payments, and maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
- Maintain client records and update customer information in the system.
- Promote salon services, offers, memberships, and products to clients.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Address customer inquiries and assist with resolving basic concerns professionally.
