Job Summary
Time : 7 am to 7 pm
Age : 30 - 45 years
Experience : Minimum 5 years Chemical Industry Experience :
- Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check the quantity & quality of items received, as per Purchase Order description and specification required.
- Ensuring Preparation of Delivery Note, Gate Pass ( In / Out ), GRN & Material Receiving Report.
- Weekly Procurement Delivery Report.
- File maintenance for all outgoing/incoming materials.
- Analyzing the stock variances thoroughly & rechecking the same through proper verification process.
- Supervising labour force for shifting materials in their exact area or location.
- Responsible for inputting Material Requisitions to Procurement Team.
- Material Receiving & GRN Posting on Company’s ERP System ( if required ).
- Monitor Material Inventory and Stocks Availability.
- Monitor the incoming and outgoing of materials, consumables & packing material.
- Maintaining a record of quality works which will be used for the future for production references.
- In charge in coordinating & monitoring materials required.
- Arranged & segregate materials in their designated location as per HS Code & Municipality Guidelines.
- Daily Routine Store Work i.e. monitoring labour activity, blending, packaging, dispatch & logistics
