Harbor Real Estate is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator – Arabic Speaker to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for marketing professionals with a passion for digital communications, social media, and the fast-paced real estate industry.
The successful candidate will support marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns and events, manage digital content, and collaborate with brokers and agencies to strengthen the company’s brand presence. Candidates with Dubai real estate experience and bilingual communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage social media content and digital communication initiatives.
• Assist with marketing events and broker/agency coordination.
• Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to support campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing processes and content creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality work standards.
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of marketing experience.
• Dubai real estate experience is highly preferred.
