Waiter Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and customerfocused Waiter / Waitress to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service taking orders and ensuring guests have a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  
• Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained clean throughout service.
  
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
  
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
  
• Follow health safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant caf or hotel.
  
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
    
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
    
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
    
• Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  
• Availability: Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
