About the Job

• Develop and implement facilities management strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Global Village.

• Lead the planning and delivery of facilities management and cleaning services to ensure operational excellence and service quality across the park.

• Manage facility management contracts, suppliers and outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service standards and contractual requirements.

• Oversee budgeting, cost control and procurement activities to optimise operational efficiency and support business objectives.

• Drive digital transformation, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement programmes across facilities management operations.

• Monitor operational performance, customer feedback and service delivery outcomes to enhance guest, tenant and partner satisfaction.

• Conduct site inspections, technical audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance, improve asset performance and support business continuity.

• Manage facilities-related project handovers, maintenance programmes and asset lifecycle activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.

About You

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in facilities management within retail or office property environments.

• Strong facilities management, contract management and project management capabilities.

• Financial aptitude with experience in budgeting, cost control and resource management.

• Knowledge of HV/LV systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, security systems and safety codes and practices.

• Strong communication, team building, strategic planning and execution skills.

Desired

• Facilities Management, Project Management or QHSE certification.

• Experience within a theme park environment.

• Experience leading sustainability, energy saving or digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing large-scale outsourced facilities and cleaning service contracts.
