Data Product Manager Mentor

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for students over an online community forum
- Answer questions around course content and facilitate learning for stuck students
- Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real‑time support
- Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and elevate issues to the Mentor Operations team
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- At least 7 years of industry experience or a master's degree in a relevant field
- Technical competence in Statistical Foundations, Data Wrangling, Visualization, Product KPIs, and Data Modeling
- Understanding of Experiment Design (A/B Testing), product management frameworks (RICE), and Product Strategy
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience teaching technical concepts, public speaking, or organizing technical webinars
- Ability to work part‑time as an external contractor
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of a Udacity Nanodegree Program
