Data & Reporting Analyst (Rail) Abu Dhabi, UAE

The Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support decision-making across the project. The role will focus on data collection, analysis, dashboard preparation, reporting automation, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports covering cost, schedule, risk, progress, performance, and key project KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple stakeholders and reporting sources.
• Integrate data from Primavera P6, ERP systems, risk tools, Excel trackers, and other project platforms.
• Analyze trends, delays, cost impacts, risks, and project performance indicators.
• Support PMO and senior leadership with clear, actionable reporting.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Prepare management presentations and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate with planning, cost, risk, engineering, and project control teams.
