We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Agent with a strong background in sales to join our remote team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals this is your chance to work with a global team through FreelancerProX.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote and sell products/services
Identify customer needs and recommend sales solutions
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads
Work collaboratively with the remote sales team
Requirements
Proven experience as a call center representative or sales agent
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using CRM software VOIP and sales tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)
